Do I need to arrive early?
Absolutely! You are required to check-in no later than 30 minutes before your tour.

How should I dress?
Prepare to get wet! We want you to be comfortable. You will get wet and you will be in the sun.
What about my valuables?
There are no lockers provided. You will be responsible for your valuables, so be sure to secure all goods carefully! The crew will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Is there a minimum age for children?
The minimum age for children is 3 years-old. They must be accompanied by an adult.
Is smoking and eating allowed on board?
There is no smoking allowed on the boat. However, if you would like, you can bring snacks along with you.
Where do we depart from
All tours depart from Elizabeth Ave. on Bay Street. We provide pick-up and drop-off services for you, from all major hotels. If you are staying at Air BNB, you will have to make arrangements to be collected at a hotel. But don’t worry, we are here to help!
How long is the trip
A half day trip is 4 hours and a full day trip is 8 hours.
